Georgia TESOL's Upcoming Events

Heather Boldt, President Elect, Georgia TESOL

Georgia TESOL Annual Conference

Dates: October 8-9 2010

Venue: Atlanta, Georgia

Theme: Beyond Borders: Teaching Learning and Reading

We encouraged ESL professionals to think not only of geographical borders but also of cultural and other boundaries that need to be crossed from one proficiency level to the next, the line between failure and success, and the separation that exists between educational institutions serving different student populations. Innovative research and classroom practices are designed to challenge teachers and students beyond their current abilities.
