Whereas the teaching contribution of part-time faculty to many ESL programs is considerable;
Be it Therefore Resolved that part-time faculty in ESL programs be entitled to fringe benefits in fair proportion to those available to full-time teachers, and
Be it Further Resolved that this resolution be published in the TESOL Newsletter, and
Be it Finally Resolved that the Executive Secretary of TESOL distribute this resolution to appropriate academic officers of administrators when individual TESOL members so request.
