To survey the latest development s in the discipline of American Studies, including teaching methods, curriculum design, and academic resources. To provide opportunities to collect and exchange resources and ideas with U.S. professionals in the field of American Studies and to provide exposure to the geographical, cultural, social, and ethnic diversity of the U.S.
